Chef Ken Gilcrest
Executive Chef, Ken Gilcrest, is originally from the small town of Paulsboro, New Jersey. Chef Gilcrest has been in the hospitality industry for over 38 years. During that time, Gilcrest has won three Best of Delaware Awards, American Culinary Federation Hot Food Competitions, and Best of Show Delaware Valley Ice Carving Competition. In addition to these awards, he was a founding member of the Penn Jersey Metropolitan Chef's Association, and sat on the advisory board for Del Tech Culinary Program.
Over his career, Chef has brought his culinary and leadership talents to hotels, country clubs, restaurant, casinos, and motion picture catering.
Once his move occurred to Florida six years ago, Chef has worked for several country clubs in the area.
